Two Days Ago, I Developed A Very Itchy And Burning

two days ago, I developed a very itchy and burning square shaped rash in the elbow of my knee. it appeared out of no where with no idea what could have caused it. no change in diet, nothing to my knowledge touched the area out of the normal, and I have no allergies. any ideas?
