Two Days Ago I Started Having Stomach Cramps Stayed Awake

two days ago I started having stomach cramps stayed awake all night with tarry black diarrea with blood very bad cramps the next day still bad cramps i got up from my chair and lots of blood came out of my bowls onto the floor l had a couple hand fulls of dried crandberries would this cause alot of bleeding all day
