Two Weeks Of Being Sick. First Couple Days Had Low

two weeks of being sick. first couple days had low fever, non itchy rash from chest down, chills, pain in groin lymph nodes, tired, fatigue. stayed about the same for a few days. after 10 days went to dr. test for mono was negative. fever returned for a few more days, then went away. still tired, fatigued, foggy, bit dizzy, no fever, now headache for last 4 days. waiting on test results for west nile virus. have any thoughts?
