Two Years Ago My Father Fell From A Few Stairs

two years ago my father fell from a few stairs and his left arm got some issue an he don't move his arm (its not paralyzed tho)he is getting physiotherapy but today his hand has started shaking and he is also having pain in his neck. he is stressed too because of some issues but I'm very upset and i don't know what to do and why is it happening. really need your help.
