Typhidot IGM Is Positive I Did First Test On 2nd

I did first test on 2nd march and again today (14 March ) both positive
I had used cefixime + azythromycin ( 10 tablets for 5 days)
and vsl 3 ( this was suggested when i complained of loosed motions for 5 days 15 tablets)
but still i have tested positive today. I did a test today as i was feeling bit uneasy and my motion does not seem to be normal. Had seen blood stains 4 times in the stool in the last couple of weeks.
Could you suggest me medicines ( i am from India)
