Ultrasound Shows Dominant Follicle In The Left Ovary And Minimal

ultrasound shows dominant follicle in the left ovary and minimal fluid in the uterus cavity after a medical abortion. it already six weeks after my abortion and till now i have not got my period.
Is this dangerous ? what to do ? please suggest. Thanks in advance
