Upper Adstomach Sharp Pain Right Where My Rib Cage Breaks

upper adstomach sharp pain right where my rib cage breaks in center. when it happens I break into a strong sweat where it is soaking my hair. I can barley walk while its going on my balance is off an weak. it started last night its happen 3 times now. today I felt like sitting in shower an letting water run on me. when I got out I notice a rash. its right at the area where the pain is. its red lines. under the skin wish I could send the pic I took of it freaked me out cause I have never had anything like this before. I'm 49 yrs old. female. an I don't not travel.
