Upper Right Side And Back Pain. Nausea. Can't Find A

upper right side and back pain. nausea. can't find a comfortable position to be in. I do have digestive issues including diverticulitus but this is not that. best way to describe is that it feels like something under my ribcage is enflamed. Very painful, but not sharp pains....constant.
