Using Cilacar-5mg For Last 1 Month, Now I Have No

using cilacar-5mg for last 1 month, now I have no taste in my mouth. Before this my doctor prscribed another medicine which was used for 1 month- olmesar 20. But that medicine did not have any effect on reducing the BP and on the other hand in the mouth soreness developed. So my doctor changed the medicine to cilacar 5 mg. Now I am have no taste in moutj What should I do, Sir ?
