uterus is bulky, gravid and anteverted in position containing ill defined, irregular gestational sac without definite fetal pole in it. ges sac measures 1.33cm which corresponds to 4+ weeks of pregnancy. Both the ovaries are normal in size. one small cyst of (2.3x2.3)cm in the right ovary. adnexac is clear. No fluid is seen in pouch of douglas in pregnancy
