Very Large 42 Year Old Man Who Is Obese 6'8

very large 42 year old man who is obese 6'8 and well over 400. er said I had slight heart failure enlarged heart..the problem was lots and lots of fluid in abdomen and legs and feet..even uncomfortable in groin as well. was prescribed Lasix and took 40 mg for 7 days to little effect. then 120 for 5th day now and im passing over 4 liters of fluid a day not counting water I take in. I feel a tiny bit beter but lots of fluid..am I hoping for too much too soon?
