Very Sudden Onset Of Extreme Joint Pain...lasts 4 Or 5

very sudden onset of extreme joint pain...lasts 4 or 5 days...started in my shoulder then goes away for a week then starts again in the other shoulder...goes away comes back in knee and ankle. the pain is so bad sharp stabbing pain that 2 tramadol were needed for relief. I am in constant pain but it is most uncontrollable at night. have had blood work that ruled out gout...lupus...and various arthritis's. Have just been put on prednisone.
