wake in the night struggling to breathe as my throat feels 'closed'. Dr diagnosed globus hysterica but can't find a link between struggling to breathe at night and that. Also, my breathing seems erratic as I sometimes breathe out without automatically breathing in again. It's making me very anxious about going to bed.
