Was Diagnosed With Stage I Adenocarcinoma Of Ascending Colon. Had

was diagnosed with stage I adenocarcinoma of ascending colon. Had right hemicolectomy, 16 lymph nodes all negative. I am told my cancer was removed and I do not need chemo. Doesn't everybody require some degree of chemo after having a cancer diagnosis? What other tests or scans might I need to get? I had a CT of my pelvis and chest before my surgery and they were all clear.
