Was Diagnosed With Venous Insufficiency For 4 Yrs And Toes

was diagnosed with venous insufficiency for 4 yrs and toes turn blue sometimes and always in bathtub. So I did a CT scan on legs for a possible angioplasty since ankles swell also and not much pulse going to feet. The scan showed legs to be OK but found light area low density on liver now they are ordering an MRI. Can liver cause legs to have this problem?
