was in the hospital for 3 weeks with MRSA and septic I came back with negative cultures and was released to a medical rehab to continue IV antibiotics I stayed there for a week and checked myself out early I still have 3 2 4 weeks left of antibiotics I need to be taking what should I do it has been less than 24 hours should I return to the hospital emergency room or will I be okay
