We Came To Know After Test She Is Having Hbs

we came to know after test she is having hbs eg during pregancy. after dna viral load and hbe eg test , ti shows it is hbe eg negative. please help me. does my wife need to be taken any injuction or medicine . now she is 5th month pregancy please help me sir.
