We Have A Machine At Work Where I Can Check

we have a machine at work where I can check my BP. I have been monitoring it more lately since last year when I had period of time where it ran high. Then I went to the Dr. and he didn't seem to think it was a heart issue. I was put on a water pill, and I took it for a few months; but it didn't seem to do much, then my BP seemed to level out (after I stopped the medication). Just recently I have noticed it being high. I can tell when it is because my ears turn red and feel hot. over a six day period my BP was: 166/97 heart rate 75, 143/95 heart rate 86, 141/92 heart rate 90, 142/84 heart rate 86, and 162/99 heart rate 83 should I see my Dr. again because from what I've been told it could be hypertension?
