We Have Been Trying For A Baby From 10 To

we have been trying for a baby from 10 to 12 months without any success. I had my sperm test, it was fine. My wife had hormone test and everything seems to fine. But we are not able to conceive. Couple of months ago My wife had very bad crmaping and doc suggested she might have miscarriage but doc was not sure. What shall we do ?
