we just had a failed icsi cycle this month. out of 11 eggs retrieved only 2 fertilised and none implanted. we had antagonist protocol vth 8 days stim. dh has severe tertozoospermia vth 0 motile and 0 morphology. I have pcos, but rest all hormones and blood test are within limits. my amh is 1.38.what further testing is required in our case?
