Well, I Have A Number Of Symptoms. It Seems Difficult

well, I have a number of symptoms. it seems difficult to swallow my saliva sometimes, and small particles of food sometimes get stuck in my throat. Also, on the back of my tongue I noticed some rather large round bumps. Also my tongue and my mouth looks really "thrushy". My throat is kind of sore but not too bad. I am a fairly heavy drinker and smoker. I also recently was a fairly regular marijuana user, but I have stopped that. Then last night I coughed a little bit to get some phlegm from out my throat and a little blood came up.
