Well I Have A Question About A Shot I Have

well I have a question about a shot I have to have for college. I have to fill out papers on the shot records I have from when I was born and they say now that they require 2 doses of the varicella vaccine I had my first varivax vaccine on 7-13-1998 and they say they want the shots 28 days after each other do I have to go get another one now? I hate needles I would pass out if I got a shot.
