Well I Have A Rough Patch On The Hard Part

well I have a rough patch on the hard part of the roof of my mouth. It doesn't hurt at all but my skin is burning and I have a rash on my nose and the creases around my mouth. I'm not sure if this is from dry skin or something more sinister? But I've never had a patch on the roof of my mouth before like this. This also accompanied by a sore throat and earache
