Well I Have This Sensation In My Urethra , As

well i have this sensation in my urethra , as if its starting from the base going to the tip just not coming out. A few weeks ago I had testicular pain off an on, mostly when i would drive for 2 or more hours but that has passed. I have also been drinking less. There is no discharge nor is there and pain when I use the washroom. Any suggestions?
