Well It's Been 9weeks Since My Last Period I Have

well it's been 9weeks since my last period I have all pregnancy symptoms (cramps in back, swollen tummy swollen breats, Werid sense of smells, can't stop eating, watery mouth, sickness which is Whiteish/yellow frothey lumpy texture sorry (TMI) I have a stuffy runny nose, Heartburn but also have pain on the Right side under breast and right side of belly button feels hard and swells up to one side! I've done 4 Test which R negative what is going on with my body it's driving me mad please tell me! Thank u! X
