Well, My 4 Yr Old Had These Tiny Bumps On

well, my 4 yr old had these tiny bumps on inside of elbow...skin colored and puss filled... just like an ant bite. never went away, finally i popped them to get rid of them. now they are showing up on his balls..with one big one that wouldn't really pop. but seems like every time i check on it, its like the bumps appear in different spots and gone from previous spots... idk
