Well This Thing Has Been Happening For A While When

well this thing has been happening for a while when i was 11 now im 13 and its happening again i started to shake uncontrollably. its like my body would tense and start to shake. also i would throw up in my mouth after. it will happen in class and at home it happens everywhere. i will just randomly twitch sometimes and i dont know why. sorry for bad grammer. i dont know whats up
