What Are Heterogenous Opacities. Hazy Is Fluid Right? I Have

what are heterogenous opacities. hazy is fluid right? I have a pt that has heterogenous opacities with small left pleural effusion. CXR states pna vs pulm edema. CXR worsened throughout day. on q6 cpt with duonebs and given one time lasix with 800 ml uo. I believe pt is fluid overloaded but MD seems to think otherwise. Am i far off?
