What Are The Reddish ,elevated (by Feel-palpation But Not So

what are the reddish ,elevated (by feel-palpation but not so obvious seen by others upon inspection till after a week duration) painful ,pimple like nodules and some cluster in frontal,occipital ,parietal scalp. i felt my lymph node might be swollen too?
