What Can Cause My 16 Year Old Daughter To Pass

what can cause my 16 year old daughter to pass out and have a sudden nose bleed? the nose bleed occurs after she falls to the floor. no she did not hit her nose. this has happened several times in the past few months.we have went to the er and had ekg, and catscan. no problems were found.
