What Causes Headache Post Injury From A Fall?

My daughter 14 years old fell pretty hard about an hour ago on the sidewalk due to ice. She says she did not hit her head but had blurred vision and peripheral vision was affected. That has since went away but she has a very bad headache. Could it be a concussion or just the hard jarring made her head hurt? Should I just watch her tonight and then if still bad in the morning, take her to the doctor? thank you
