What Causes Mild Fever, Chills, Tiredness And Headaches?

Hi sir I m having low grade fever around 99.3to 100 with chills since more than a week. I am also having headache and feels so tired whole day through. Since today morning i m having pain in my lion region as well which is more on the left side. Please advice
