What Causes My Blood Pressure To Go Up A Lot
what causes my blood pressure to go up a lot at night ,been told its stress. Feel tension in my head and like a numbing sensation behind my eyes .I eat dinner at about 4:30pm and by 6:30 my blood pressure can jump up 12 to 15 points , and medication has hard time keeping it down , what could be doing this?
