What Causes Pain Below The Navel With History Of Hysterectomy?

I have crohns diease however I have been in remission since my resection surgery. I have pains in the lower stomach under the belly button. I had a hysterectomy but still have my ovaries. I have a history with cysts on my ovaries. I ddo not think it is has to do with either problem. I have pain when my bladder is full but even when it empties I think there may be something wrong. What are your thoughts?
