What Could Be The Cause Of A None Itchy None

what could be the cause of a none itchy none bump but lookks bumpy red rash swelling major numbness feeling in lower legs and my arms elbow down i have had carp tunnle surgery befor and this numbness seems to hurt more so to the cor of the bone hands swell bad overnight lower back no numb but hurt hurt hurt hurt sometimes its like whenever i kneel down my legs arent going to lift me up again get bed bcak pain im sorry i do not have the abilty to pay i have no direct deposit or credit cards but thank you for your time im sorry to have wasted your time god bless this is a good thing yall are doing have a good day
