What Could Be Wrong I Have Extremly Cold Feet Fatigue

what could be wrong i have extremly cold feet fatigue irriability some trouble concentrating or remembering. saw doctor did blood work said everything was in exceptional range told me to try b complex vitamins. did it did not help. currently taking iodine drops i am on a low sodium diet. not really helping.
