what do i do if i feel like I'm going crazy? i feel like I'm going crazy with my own thoughts. i don't know if its because I'm mixing alcohol with my pills. i recently looked up borderline personality disorder and i have all the symptoms. i don't want to tell my psychiatrist because i don't want him to think I'm crazy. I'm so confused
