what does it mean nasal septum mildly deviated to the left. moderate size bullosa of the right, small of the left middle turbinate. minor thickening and a retiion cyst in left antrum. minimal thickening in right posterior ethmodial air cell. i have nosebleeds twice a month for 7 years. does one need surgery
