What Does "mild Hepatomegaly With Fatty Change In Liver" Mean?

what does "mild hepatomegaly with fatty change in liver" mean?
my mom is facing this. before that she hasn't sufficient haemoglobin in her blood,that's why she had to take iron,this happens 6/7 month ago. i just want to know,is this the proper reason for that fatty change in liver ? please answer me respected doctors. i am waiting for your reply. thank u so much
