What Does Oxy Show Up As On A Drug Test

what does oxy show up as on a drug test because I have taken a drug test at work and it came up positive for opiates and oxy and thc I did let them kno that I don't smoke marijuana but night before I took nasal spray and aleve or naproxen and my medicines from my car wreck which they already know but why would my test show up as thc and oxy if oxycodone is same as opiates thank u
