What Does This Mean??? 1. Oblique Lucency Is Seen Through

what does this mean??? 1. Oblique Lucency is seen through the posterior spinous process of T1 which is well-corticated on either side and likely due to prior trauma, or congenital.

2.No subluxations. No compression fractures.

3. Minimal endplate degenerative changes are seen at multiple levels most significant at C5, C6, C7, and T1. Mild disc space narrowing is seen at C7-T1. Mild uncovertebral osteophytosis is seen at several levels.

4.No prevertebral soft tissue swelling. Osseous mineralization is within normal limits.
