What If I Am Between Grade 2 And Grade 3

what if i am between grade 2 and grade 3 ssymptoms with cystocoele and i don't do anything about it ? i have not seen a doctor lately about the condition. i was diagnosed witha mild case about four years ago but it has gotten progressively worst. we now have a new doctor who does not know about this condition. should i be alarmed ?
