what internal organs are on our mid-right side? I have been having severe back pain on my right side that muscle relaxers and pain relievers have not helped. It is kind of deep down in there. It started to feel better, but then came back. It has also radiated around to my right side. It mainly hurts the worst when I am standing. Sitting gives some relief. Laying down does a little as well, but it's hard to find a comfortable position.
