What Is Happening To My Body When My Peak Flow

what is happening to my body when my peak flow is 150, I have heard that my body is absorbing the excess carbon monoxide that I am unable to exhale . Can you explain this better please, I am always so tired and also have low blood oxygen. I do use oxygen full time. I have had this condition for the last three years,I guess what I'm asking is is this it for me? Is there anything I can do to feel a little better?
