what is hydrchloride and what would you percribefor major depretion .I did have a massive heart attach last May. I'm on all kinds of meds for my heart and deppretion.I tell all my doctor that I have NO energy all I do is sit at home waiting for another med to kick in .They change it all the time ,I feel like a ginea pig .Can anyonehelp me?
