Is Cognitive Impairment And Mild Brain Atrophy While With A History Of Autoimmune Hepatitis And Elevated Liver Enzymes Due To Alzheimer S Disease?

what is the cognitive brain impairment and mild brain atrophy for a patient (62 female) who had elevated liver enzymes and she took drugs to suppress autoimmune hepatitis, Now her liver is ok. First, her liver went up to Fibrosis grade 2 but is now in the Normal stage. Never went higher than Fibrosis grade 2 and never went to Cirosis. But now after about 5 years of not taking liver drugs, she has brain atrophy, short-term memory loss, and a little language difficulty but she does not have any movement problems, or keeping balance problems, or no walking problems. She only has memory loss and language problems. Is it Alzheimer s disease or it is just a Cognitive Impairment due to ammonia deposition and brain atrophy?
