What Is The Drug Terravan? A Friend Of Mine Takes

what is the drug terravan? A friend of mine takes it for his gout. he says it takes away the pain in a couple of hours. he is from Canada. I don't see this drug listed here. Could it be under another name? I have been given steroids a couple of times and then indometicin several times but the gout returns in 2-3 days. Is this something I should recommend to my doctor.
