What Is The Lowest Dose Of Pramipexole? My Husband Has

what is the lowest dose of pramipexole? My husband has taken it 3 nights 0.125 mg for "knee jerks" - and had dizziness today with ellevated BP - he does not have high BD. Per info sheet it says to not stop it suddenly --but he has just taken it for 3 nights. Take every other night? or just discontinue use???
