What Organ Is Located On The Right Lower Abdomen.it Hurts

what organ is located on the right lower abdomen.it hurts but not steady.ive also been very sick to my stomach.could gas cause this? it almost feels like a menstral cramp at times but can be almost dehabilitating then sort of ebb down then to nothing.
