What Would Cause A Person To Keep Getting Infections In

what would cause a person to keep getting infections in both their lungs and kidneys? I also have fibromyalgia and oa of the knees and starting in the spine. They have run autoimmune disease panels but wont send me to a auto immune specialist. I have been to just about all specialist but them.
